Driven by teamwork.
Through eco-projects, we accelerate the use of clean energy and waste reduction.
To reduce CO₂ emissions and waste generated by our business activities and lessen the negative impact on the environment,
we are pursuing energy efficiency and exploring new packaging materials.

Eco-projects
We are implementing a wide range of company-wide environmental initiatives through team-based efforts, including energy efficiency, new packaging materials, and recycling.
Furthermore, by reporting and sharing company-wide metrics, activity details, and results, we are spreading awareness of these activities throughout the company and working to raise employee awareness.
Solar Power Generation at Toyohashi Yume Factory
Solar panels were installed at the Toyohashi Yume Factory when it was completed in March 2011.
In 2025, additional solar panels were installed at the Toyohashi Yume Factory, and solar panels were also installed at the Yume Factory No. 2.
Together, the two factories have a total power generation capacity of 1,000 kW, which is expected to reduce CO₂ emissions by approximately 780 tons per year.
In the event of a disaster, part of the solar power generation will be utilized to operate air-conditioning equipment, thereby helping to maintain product quality.

Initiatives to Reduce Waste and CO₂ emissions
We are also promoting food recycling activities to reduce waste, including composting and reuse as livestock feed.
We are also reducing packaging size and thickness per sheet while maintaining strength and durability.
To reduce CO₂, we have changed some shipments from trucks to sea freight. We have also begun initiatives to reduce truck drivers' idle times.
